We had a pleasant stay. The people were nice and accommodating.
I stayed at this hotel almost every week for 7 months while on business. It was a fantastic experience! The entire team is friendly & helpful, and they always made me feel like a special customer. I appreciated the quiet rooms, room service, treadmill, and other amenities as well. I highly recommend this hotel!
Very clean. Person that checked us in was very pleasant and welcoming.
Stayed here on a business trip. This hotel has no view, and can not be described as high-class or luxurious. The website states it has a gym, but it barely has a few cardio-style pieces of equipment. The shower spray nozzle doesn't have much pressure to it. The best part of this hotel might be the beds and pillows. All were decently comfortable. But, all in all, it is a hotel in Monterey that is close to the ocean.
