Booked online through ramamda site. When we got to hotel they refused my temporary issued drivers license id and stole our room payment saying we need to get the money back through online reservations. Online reservations is stating hotel refusing to release refund. Scam artists own this business. go else where

Inder and Ali were very nice and helpful with motel. It would be helpful if they had a paper map and knew where landmarks were. Internet connection and phone in room helpful as our cell service didn't work in Canada.Motel needs to buy a shower chair {Under $100). Chair they provided was unsafe on 6 day stay. Room. needs to be vacuumed. There were live and dead bugs on the rug and in bathroom. Loved Canada's people's kindness, great meal choices, clean motels and clean roads. It was good that we got a room on the first floor. Everything was great, except the floor was disgustingly dirty. We have a reservation next Monday. Hopefully that room will have a clean floor.

I thought i was safe booking at a ramada, but when we got there we were surprised to see it seems like this motel was renovated from an older building. The rooms look nothing like the photos online. We booked a king size bed and got a queen, went back to the front desk and they promptly switched our room. The old room had old flooring and an old couch, and very small pillows and the shower curtain rod was on the ground.
