Horrible. OMG. The first room we saw stunk. 2nd room wasn't any better. 3rd room was barely tolerable. Ramada must pull their name off this place. It is disgusting. Drive through Medicine Hat.
When I arrived I wasn't feeling well and the amazing front desk lady, Samajeet, offered me water instantly and they made sure I was alright, which made me feel comfortable right from the get go. had a long stay at this hotel and I had a really comfortable stay. As a young woman it's one of the only hotels at where I have stayed at alone yet felt safe the whole time.the staff is amazing and very kind, and the continental breakfast is so good- they have real potatoes and they're seasoned perfectly. Used to come here all the time with family. Now you can tell you get what you pay for. I didn't know we had roaches in canada till staying in a room here. Manager was nice about it and switched us but yeah the other reviews are right. Pool and hotub need a deep clean as you can see words etched into the tile. I think ill pay the extra money and stay somewhere where they take pride in customer experience and cleanliness
