I booked a hotel room for 1 night. I chose the option to pay at the hotel when I arrived. The morning of my arrival I received an alert on my phone saying my card was charged the full amount for my stay. I called the hotel to figure out why I was being charged when I hadn't arrived at the hotel yet. The front desk guy proceeds to call me a lair and hang up the phone on me. Hawthorne was absolutely amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great, which is rare.
Evening front desk employee was wonderful. Room was smallish but had absolutely everything you'd need. Very pleased.
The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed ws very comfortable. Great room and value.
One word DISGUSTING! Filthy
