Clean rooms, clean linen, wonderful staff. Although this is a small hotel, the service makes up for the size. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
No idea how this place has a 4.2 average. The staff here are friendly but the rooms are pretty gross. The light switches and soap dispensers looked like they never get cleaned, same with the ice machine, which was full of mold. The windows and blinds were full of cobwebs and dirt. The sheets had stains and were uncomfortable. I woke up to some guy (on drugs?) yelling outside my window at 3am.
It was just okay
We got in late and were greeted by the friendliest staff. Hawthorne made sure we had everything we needed after a long flight and rough day. Loved the hot shower with good water pressure and beds were comfy. The building is run down but everything was clean and service was excellent
