Checked in for a single night, dropped my stuff off and left. Returned later that night, went to take a shower and couldn’t get the shower to turn on. The toilet seat was worn, like a gas station bathroom. Then noticed black mold on the roof above the bathtub. Went to call the front desk, and the room’s phone didn’t work. Called on my personal, and worker wasn’t able to offer me a different room nor a refund, and wasn’t stunted by the mold. I packed my stuff and left at midnight. Room 213. I was impressed. I always worry about a hotel near an airport and highway. The shuttle service was extremely helpful and convenient. When you walk out of the baggage claim area, look for the sign for "Shuttles" and wait. Hawthorne, the front desk person, was kind and helpful. The room was clean and stocked. I was impressed with the quality of the shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. It smelled good. The room didn't have carpet, which made it feel cleaner. The room was clean, sheets clean and bathroom clean too. Breakfast was ok, they had lukewarm eggs and sausage, hot coffee & juice options. Also a waffle maker as well as cereal and toast. Great location with easy access around the area. Very friendly staff- the front end night manager ( don’t remember his name, I know it started with H) was fun to talk too!
