No available vending machines and tap water is not safe to drink. Quiet hours are not followed even by hotel staff who let bands play really late on weekends. Rooms are very old and outdated. I’m not even angry, just disappointed.
Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Love the location for walking uptown and for visiting the University. The staff was very friendly.
I've paid less for better hotel rooms. In desperate need of updates and renovations. Floors we're sticky. Elevator is janky. Pool area is rusty. Slept terrible. Great location, but will not stay here again.
A bit pricey for the UP, but it’s a good location. Next to the food coop, which is nice, and walking distance to third street and the main downtown section. It is true that the elevator is pretty beat up. Actually, it looks more stripped down than anything. I don’t know why they would leave it like it is but it did not bother us.
