I have literally never left a negative review for anything in my 42 years of life. This was the worst experience I've ever had with anything. Was told an amount on the phone and received an email with that total. When I checked in, I was told a higher amount. When I tried to speak with the front desk about it, I was told that they wouldn't do anything about the price but they would waive the cancelation fee. Our stay was great! Our room was so clean! It had everything we needed! The price was great and I'm so glad we stayed! We will stay there again in the future!
The people were very professional as well as friendly. Room was clean and had the amenities one could want/need. The gravy could use some work. It was a delightful stay.
