It was clean and staff were very customer service oriented.
We recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham London for one night and had a pleasant overall experience. The check-in process was very smooth and convenient since I completed it online ahead of time. When we arrived, the staff greeted us right away, asked a couple of quick questions, and handed us our room keys without any delay.
