If I could give zero stars, I would. Due to the recent ice storm, we lost power since Saturday, came to stay here since Tuesday to be able to shower, rest and work using wifi, only for the hotel to lose power. The front desk called us every day to ask when we were checking out. Our rooms keys seemed to be deactived daily. They also process charges to your credit card daily, don’t even wait to settle the bill at time of checkout. Front desk staff were awful to deal with and were threatening to fine us $200 for having our dog ... read more
It was like sleeping at home, peaceful and quite.
Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast offerings are your typical hotel breakfast. Waffle machine was a plus.
