Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. The rooms are nice, the air conditioning is quiet, and the staff were quite friendly, but the pool being closed was very disappointing as it was the main reason for booking this hotel. The breakfast was poor - yogurts were expired, the sausage and bacon were near empty, the waffles turn out soggy inside, and the eggs tasted very weird. Update after reply: thank you for the replay, but despite what you said, I received no notification via email or otherwise of the pool issue.

The hotel was good. The continental breakfast was fine. Only downside is they changed our room without telling us. We reserved a double queen and when we showed it was a king (reciept varified). They apologized but said there was nothing they could do. We had a family of 4 so they rolled in a cot and we used the couch pull out to accommodate all 4 people. Pool was also broken and has been for about a month. Nothing offered as a discount or return.

My family and I stayed here for four nights and we booked a specifically for the water slide and the pool for the kids upon arrival they informed us the pool was closed due to a water main break that it would not be accessible however we were allowed free access to the community pool however that was a 3 minute drive away and honestly it was just not convenient enough for us because who wants to drag three wet kids from a pool after an already long day on vacation? Excellent experience always i visit monthly. Staff are very attentive and always pleasant. Clean, comfortable and safe. Great breakfast choices, as well as a well stocked 'tuc' shop of sorts. Great value for the money.

My room was cleaned 3 times in the 2 weeks I stayed there. The 3rd floor cleaning dude had no idea what to do. He walked in on me freshly after a shower after work (I was on the bed in the other room, but was undressed) at 4:45 pm, and asked if i wanted my room cleaned. I told him its 5 pm dude. He needs to learn to do the workers room first and then the check out. One of the 3 times he didn't do my bathroom.
