Great location but a very dingy hotel. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and were sinking in the middle. The AC was subpar and wouldn’t cool effectively. The Internet didn’t work and kept throwing an error. The tiles in the pool area were missing exposing the underneath concrete and creating a safety hazard. The hot tub had sand in it. The front desk folks seemed tired and over worked with no smile on their faces.
Hotel staff was super friendly! Location is super convenient, within walking distance to the mall and dining. Only thing was the rooms are not as sound proof as I would like but still had a good nights rest. Will be back next visit!
The location and price are the only positive aspects that keeping it popular as it is cheap and in the middle of everything. Easy to get to anywhere. The hotel is old and outdated, you can tell by the carpet and furniture like bed/sofa. Stains and smells. The whole experience was fair to the price. The indoor pool is still okay, there is a hot tub by the side
Great place for a conference. It’s close to downtown and across from the mall.
