A comfortable but aging hotel. The decor needs a refresh. The beds are very comfortable and the facilities are fine. Coffee making facilities in room. Also bar fridge, safe, dove products in bathroom and desk and chair.
First off, we really enjoyed our stay here. ALL the staff that we ran into, or those who helped us...well they were wonderful! And they always smiled when walking by them etc. It's location is spot on!! Directly off the highway. It was my first time driving through Kelowna and I'm so glad it was SO easy to find!! We stayed 3 nights here. My kids LOVED the pool of course!! Most noisy hotel ever stayed at. Paper thin walls made it impossible to get any sleep. Let front desk know multiple times and nothing was done about the situation. Teenagers running around the hallways, screaming and yelling jumping around. Parents were to blame just as much as the hotel. Will not be staying there ever again. I don’t usually write reviews but felt that people should be aware before booking with them.
