So disappointed by my experience with the Jordan. We booked a large block of rooms for our wedding as we had many out of town guests. People's calls were taking days if not up to a week to return. Requests were not accommodated, even though quite simple or initiated and offered by the hotel. They charge your room rate plus hold the same rate and extra charges for over 48 hours after checkout. Tired but clean decor/rooms. Offered everything needed for a night's stay. Staff was very friendly. Our room had a lake view, which was nice to wake up to. Included breakfast, just beside the front desk, of toast, croissant, coffee, yogurt. Basic, but sufficient. Good place to stay if attending a local event.
I once liked this place for its location and the fact that they were pet friendly. But the last time I stayed they had switched rooms on us and it was terrible. I could see on the reservation form the clerk had that we had been booked into the room we had asked for but someone had crossed out that room number and rebooked us in a very small and noisy room. The WIFI was out and the front desk acted like they could care less. Won't stay here again.
Went for a wedding, the venue and the view were beautiful. But the patio lights werent turned on until we found someone and had to ask... Which isn't a big deal if it was the only thing....but the bride and groom also didnt get the food they ordered for the buffet (nevermind that there wasnt enough food made for everyone).
