I had three rooms booked two 6/26-6/28 and one 6/27-6/28. Room 138 on the pool side the tv didn’t work and there was only 2 wash cloths and big towels for two people for two nights. Room 135 had 2 wash cloths and 2 big towels for two people for two nights the housekeeper came in my room took the towels but did not replace them and the do not disturb sign was on my door. Do not believe the reviews about nice clean the room smells awful our sheets and mattress cover had spots all over them, we left at checkin the day we checked in 6 other guest left as well from the filth of this hotel we know this cause they checked in right behind is at the same hotel it deserves no stars the property looks nothing like photos. i enjoy everytime just no good breakfast bt everything has been good so far
The room was clean and nice, nothing too special. Employees weren't very respectful and probably thought I was annoying from what I saw. When I left the hotel, I accidentally ordered food to my hotel room. I tried to call them to see if they had the food, they denied that they had it. I told them that the person who had delivered the food to my room left a photo. They denied it even then.
