Evan was rude and showed no concern when I reported a broken flush. Instead of offering help, he sarcastically asked, “How many times do you need to use the washroom?” Totally unprofessional and disappointing.

I would give 0 stars if I could, the worst hotel ever, the person at the reception was so rude, our washroom was not working, when we spoke to the guy at the reception he refused to provide any solution and was rude

Extremely Disappointing Stay Our experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable. We were given a room meant for 4 people, only to find that the toilet was not functional. When we raised the issue with the front desk, we were told that nothing could be done—no repairs, and no alternate room available. To make matters worse, the staff made inappropriate and unprofessional comments about our personal bathroom use. I had a very disappointing experience with Evan. He was rude, unsympathetic, and completely unhelpful when I reported a broken flush. Instead of offering any resolution, he made an inappropriate and dismissive comment like, “How many times do you need to use the washroom?” This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I expected better support and respect.
