Recently stayed there. I really wanted to thank the very helpful front desk team. Our special thanks to Suzanne montana who went that extra mile to help us to arrange a mechanic to service our rental car which broke down. She infact on her own suggested us that we wont be in a situation to call the mechanic during the day, as we would hardly have any mobile coverage during our day trip to Fraser Island. Wonderful resort. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Melissa in the restaurant is an absolute asset - warm, friendly snd helpful.
Beautiful place, so relaxing and feels so safe. Until you realize when you step outside you are next to a caravan park and in crime Central for Hervey Bay. This place offers underground car parking to and only allows members to walk in. Great place to feel safe
Staff is really helpful and nice The hotel is well maintained. However, the room is always full of a smell of disgusting air refresher. Every morning we wake up by a strong smell of air refresher in the next room by the cleanser. One chair in the room was full of stinky smell of urine too… shocking. Other than the above two, the room is overall clean.
