Front office is very unprofessional, they absolutely for sure doesn’t not have customer service. Looks like the property has new owner. Broken AC , Fake jacuzzi, lame breakfast. Booked for 92, ended up paying 130per night . Always confirm before check in, there is Hilton across the street for 10 bucks more. Given congested rooms, scammed to upgrade on extra, or was asked to go somewhere else if not. Beware only book room series 200 and 300 Others are not worth it. It’s a Motel.
cute place, continental breakfast was good, very friendly staff, nice area, renovated bathroom would like room a little cleaner (cobwebs, dust on walls, headboard questionable, carpets ) and lots bus tours show up daily so was busy but quiet. We stayed 2 nights comfortably so no complaints
Absolutely disgusting. Stains on the bed sheets and dirt and crumbs on the couch which was broken. Had a very bad smell of mildew. We found water damage in the ceiling and walls. Dead bugs on the walls. When we booked online it gave us the option to pick our own check in time so we chose 10:30-11:30. When we called to pre check in on our way they told us it would be an additional $20 for early check-in which no one reached out to us nore did the site state at all that it would be an additional fee.
