Completely disappointed with our 3 night stay at this hotel. I booked 2 queen beds and was given a queen with pull out couch as a second bed. No other options were available as the hotel was fully booked. The 30+ year old pull out couch was not suitable to sleep on due to the stains and springs breaking through the thin mattress. The bathroom is in need of a facelift, pieces of the toilet were broken, toilet paper holder broken, hairdryer holder was broken with no hairdryer, The entire room was dirty with +dust and stains.
