Excellent hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool is awesome. Breakfast has the basics
Booked for our wedding night, 2 months prior trying to get a Manager to contact me for the special night, no one ever did. Hot tub, coffee machine didn't work, boogers on the walls in the bathroom, and one robe. Definitely disappointed
Stayed here for a little get away for water sliding and some swim time with our kids. The pool side is dangerous. Needs to be renovated badly. Watched a little girl about 5/6 slip under a chair. I worried the whole time about my kids slipping before I even saw that happen. You can’t take the pool towels out of the pool area. The pool area is FREEZING. We couldn’t even handle being in the large pool because of the temperature.
