I’m giving them an overall 2 star because I made a reservation early morning on 24 Dec while traveling. Could not go backwards on time for the 23rd. Attendant could not find my reservation at first. He found it and it was for 3 PM on the 24th. Their system wouldn’t allow a date change. Paid thru Booking.com. They said I could get a refund. Went ahead and paid at that time for the room again. They have not refunded my first payment. For that reason, I gave them a poor overall rating.
Everything was great other than I needed some clips to keep curtains closed at night. Some light from outside was peaking through and the room wasn't as dark as I would have liked. Other than that it was great!
