DO NOT GO HERE. BEEN A MONTH WONT PAY BACK SEC DEPOSIT..Make sure you read the fine print on booking sites like this place and ALL others in this area. They collect a $75 hold for in case you wreck room.. they already have my credit card ?? Well I waited a week, no return security dep. Called them and they didn't seem to care.. called corporate, they didn't seem to care.. was hung up on 3x.. no mngt on site... WHAT A HORRIBLE business practice. LOL.... nice answer from owner.. still no refund ... HORRIBLE..
We stayed at this hotel for one night during a baseball tournament, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing from start to finish. First, the window in our room had a huge crack in it that appeared to simply be covered with clear tape. Seeing something like that immediately raised concerns about both the upkeep and safety standards of the hotel. The main thing that matters at a hotel is the rooms. They are very worn and don't look like they've been updated in decades. The shower is horrible, I don't know if they have low flow shower heads or low pressure from the city, but it takes 5 times as long to shower than normal and you still don't feel fully clean. The chair in my room had the fake leather almost fully worn off. The rooms don't appear to be dirty but they have a dingy feeling to them. Stayed here with my 4 kids. The pool is perfect temp! Super clean everything! We had 2 queen beds and still had space to walk around our room, we weren't cramped. The staff is amazing and very help. I frequently stay at hotels and motels and this one is definitely top notch and the price is fair for what you get for sure!!!!
