I'm not sure what the issue with the hot water is at this place but it is lukewarm so when you shower it's lukewarm I don't know what's going on here but hot water is a real thing. Stayed for three nights and 4 days and it was warm. Breakfast is okay if you have the time. Folks at the front are pretty cool people.
Your experience determine largely on who is at the front desk at the particular time of day. There are mean ones (front desk). And there are ones that don't put out coffee and hot water. And a few nicer front desk staff. Room is okay, but don't get cleaned even if you only wanted it done once a week. Good location though. You will need it as breakfast is very limited. The place was clean, lots of parking, the checkin was smooth and the breakfast is good. A tad bit away from Jasper national but still okay because it makes it up in the price. Nice place to stay, lot of options to shop grocery and immediate needs like pharmacy etc right behing the hotel.
Had a great stay at the Ramada. Great service , clean and comfortable room.
