Very clean and the staff is friendly. Easy to check in and out. The waterside and hot tub were nice amenities. I would stay here again
Very clean hotel with great amenities. Close to many restaurants Staff was very helpful when our reservation from Expedia went missing. They gave us same room at a better deal!
We had a great stay, due in large part to Candace, who was working the front desk on the night of August 17. We had an uncomfortable altercation with another guest, and Candace didn’t hesitate for a moment to step in and ensure that we felt safe in that space. She handled a difficult situation in a calm, level-headed fashion, and with no small amount of bravery. Very pleasant front staff. Pool was clean . Room very nice. Breakfast was hot and nice selection. Restaurants very near by. Would stay again.
This was amazing and a great place to stay at. Good breakfast, walking distance from a lot of things, Short drive to Royal Tyrrell Museum. Customer service and housekeeping were incredible and the kids enjoyed the pool with the slide. I would absolutely recommend them...
