Do you like being stressed out? Do you like hearing loud domestic disputes at 1 A.M.? Do you like a stranger's blood, sweat, tears, and other bodily fluids all over your sheets, walls, and floor? I had a very disappointing experience with the first-shift front desk lady. Her customer service toward Black guests, especially Black women, felt discriminatory. I was supposed to receive a handicap-accessible room with a roll-in shower, but she refused to accommodate it. She raised her voice at me over the phone, constantly talked over me, yet spoke kindly to my husband. She even canceled our reservation instead of correcting the issue.
