Only problem we had was keys wouldn't work in door lock. Had to keep resetting. Rooms were clean and staff was great. Friendly and helpful.
Hotel a bit further away from restaurants, cafés etc. But the rooms were good. Comfi beds, clean bathroom. Needed to change our room as not enough space for my mobility scooter. Staff were great with this and swapped our room. Staff very good and knowledgeable about local places to go. You deffo need a car out here, as main downtown area a few miles away. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Pool area clean, used the jacuzzi it was so refreshing.
Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Scotty was a awesome.
we booked this hotel for the heart concert and you can tell that it's older but they have a pool and a hot tub that worked and the staff was amazing!!!!! the day that we were there. One of the housekeepers was sick, so there was only one housekeeper and so we did our best to clean up our room and put the dirty laundry in the corner for her to make her day less stressful they told us great places to eat how to get to places, very knowledgeable and eager to help us and it was kind of sad to see that you know the hotel wasn't t... read more
