It's ok but middle of down town
I have just had the most incredible interaction I've ever had with a front desk clerk. I had some unanswered questions after booking our stay with the reservation hotline, so I called the hotel directly. Not only was the front desk clerk kind, patient and understanding. She went a step further to make sure me and my family were accommodated. Got there on a Thursday right after a modest snowfall. Ramada plowed snow from their parking lot onto the 2nd Ave access lane and closed it. Thereby blocking direct access to downtown buses on 2nd Ave and Sprague. The reason given: "Weather conditions". Four days later we were still waiting for it to melt. I'll have an update in late March.
