Other then the gentleman that worked nights that was rude and wouldn't let us in for almost 30 minutes because we left our key in the room. Everything else was great. We enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future. Thank you
I spent one night in a room where the air conditioning didn't work, and it was very hot. Also, in that room, the refrigerator froze my salad hard. However, they happily moved me to another room the next day. The new room has been just fine. Service has been friendly.
Beautiful view of Spokane from the COMPLIMENTARY Continental Breakfast from the 5th floor… ignore the eggs. Great service from Jeri-lyn! Thank you!
