Everything was respectful as far as front desk and services. They serve breakfast in the morning and offer pool time as late as midnight. Love it. Would recommend for sure!

Me and my friends stayed for a birthday party. When I arrived for my friend’s room our key card could not open the door which isn’t the staffs fault but eventually they got it to work. We were in room 320 and my friend said they had to tape the ironing board shut because it would swing open. I don’t know about other rooms but this room’s window had no screen and honestly if someone was not in a mental state they could lowkey just jump of this building lol. Horrible experience. My room? Smelled like chlorine the entire trip. Pool? Didn't work for the entire trip besides maybe the last 2 days. I got to the hotel at around 11pm. Was greeted and tried to online check in before but my card got declined. Was given attitude when trying to use a different card. Luckily she helped us and we got to use it.
