Even late at night, Ash was patient and made sure I had everything I needed and the climate was also great that night which helped us have a very pleasant night
I stopped here after a 12-hour drive, completely exhausted. The employee was receiving a food delivery order when I was walking toward the reception from the parking lot. He stood at the reception door, looked at me, and asked, “How can I help you?” in a very rude way. I told him, “Don’t worry, I’m not here to eat with you — I just want to book a room.” He replied, “No reservation,” then turned his face away and walked inside.
