The only issue was the carpet in my room was so dirty, I didn’t want to put my foot on it.

My mother and I had a great stay! Comfortable room and bed, lovely grounds that had great green spaces to walk my little dog, and delicious and convenient morning buffet breakfast and evening supper. Very friendly staff throughout. Couldn't ask for more!

We had to change rooms twice! The rooms smelled so moldy, on top of that the restrooms were so dirty. I didn't get to take pictures of the first room we were offered but here are some from the second room we were given.

The lady at check in was very cold as far as being welcoming. She assigned my room and didn't even attempt to explain where the room could be found, like she had just done for the customer before me. I finally found my room and went to open the door, to find that the room was filthy as if the prior customer had just checked out of this room.
