If i could give them less than one star, I would. I stayed one night and barely used the room. Within an hour of my departure they tried to charge me $200 for a urine spot on the bed. They quickly put the sheets in the washing machine right before I returned so there was no evidence. The manager is M.I.A. I don't know how many people they scam like that but don't stay here. It's not worth the money or time saved.

On August 10th 2025 at 11:45 AM EST ( 8:45 AM PST ) I was looking to make a reservation at the Ramada Inn. So what I always do is go online and check the rates on where I want to stay and then I call the hotel to check their computer rates. So I called and I got a woman whom I couldn't understand her name. When she answered the phone it sounded like I was bothering her because she had to work on a Sunday. We didn't end up staying here as we stayed with my sister who lives close by. However, I did want to recognize and commend Su, who was working the front desk when we called to cancel our reservation. We originally had two nights booked and the reservation was non-refundable. However, Su went out of her way to help us cancel our reservation and get a full refund on the literal first night of our stay. The fault was entirely my own and I should have cancelled much sooner but despite that, Su was still willing to reach out to t... read more
