Très bel hôtel, chambre et lits très confortable. Le seul petit point négatif : c’est un petit peu bruyant avec les trains et aussi les camions qui circulent .
TERRIBLE service from a hotel chain. They refused service AFTER checking us in, and kicked us out of our hotel room because we had a legitimate, fully certified service dog. I even showed them my government issued service dog ID, even though legally I do not have to show them it. All of this occured at 10:30pm at night and the Ramada was one of the only hotel options that was open in Creston. Absolutely amazing experience. Service was phenomenal. It was my wedding and we had the most amazing welcoming stay. As a queer couple and me being very obviously trans, I couldn't be more impressed by how we were treated.
Such a great hotel. we stopped here for just one night on our road trip between Banff and Osoyoos. It was very clean and the room we had was large and comfortable. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. We ate at the Ricks diner next door that evening and the breakfast included was served there too. All very good. Definitely would recommend this hotel which felt much newer that it actually is due to being looked after and well maintained.
