Stayed here in September, I was double charged for my room along with being over charged. After calling and asking for a refund I was told it would be refunded and corrected. After 3 months of following up every week I have been told the refund is sent, I have been told the refund is still under review, and I have been hung up on more then once. As nice as the people at the hotel are, they couldn't make up for the deplorable experience. I've been going to the Ramada Inn Cornwall twice annually for the last 3 years for business.Usually a 1 week stay each time). My last stay was the worst. When I arrived I was given an upgrade, a "room with a fireplace". I'm thinking wow that's nice, but was then told it doesn't give off heat. Hotel bien qui est bien situé dans la ville, prêt de la rue principale de la ville. Hôpital est très proche mais à 3 km c'est un peu loin pour y marcher. Centre-ville aussi à 2-3 km. Il y aussi un restaurant de très bon calibre prêt de ce ramada
