My problem isn't so much with the hotel it was more or less management not getting back to me at all. I went out there with my family and I was unaware that the pool was shut down and I had asked if they had a pool and was told yes but was never told that it was currently under maintenance due to Nebraska shutting the pool down for code violations I checked in and wasn't there for 20 minutes when I realized that the pool wasn't open and asked about a refund they gave me the run-around I gave him my email address I gave him m... read more
This is one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in recently. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The complimentary full hot breakfast was spot on. And the employees were exceptionally friendly and accommodating!
