Terrible service, they washed my airpods the housekipping and the owner did not want to be responsible for what happened. They don't clean the rooms well, in the bathroom all the water comes out and they smoke marijuana inside the hotel Don't ever get to that hotel

My problem isn't so much with the hotel it was more or less management not getting back to me at all. I went out there with my family and I was unaware that the pool was shut down and I had asked if they had a pool and was told yes but was never told that it was currently under maintenance due to Nebraska shutting the pool down for code violations I checked in and wasn't there for 20 minutes when I realized that the pool wasn't open and asked about a refund they gave me the run-around I gave him my email address I gave him m... read more
