Friendly Staff.Very clean rooms.Busy but very quiet. Free Breakfast was Excellent. Will definitely stay again while in Cold Lake.
friendly service and comfortable rooms. NO HOT TUB although I understand its being renovated. we were up during cold snap and beware that only the car plug ins on the building work right now, and a few of those were either cycling on/off or were not working as well. breakfast was good, with chocolate milk and the auto pancake maker. 1 day was perogies and ham, then next was sausage paddies(hard and dry) with eggs. within walking distance to walk mart, mcdonalds and a liquor store.
Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Ramada Hotel in Cold Lake on January 16 for one night. During the evening, I noticed that the water temperature was only lukewarm. While I initially assumed this was temporary, the following morning there was no hot water available at all when I attempted to shower. I had an Awesome experience at Ramada. Stayed here for one night with family. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Check-in and checkout process is quite hassle free. The hotel has an open car parking space. The Front desk lady Gurleen was super friendly and professional. She was so nice and friendly with my kid upon checkout. Hotel staffs were very, supportive and friendly. Would definitely recommend friends and colleagues to stay here whenever they are in Cold Lake. I had the worst service with the Ramada Cold Lake front desk while checking in. The front desk attendant Gurleen I believe was her name was unable to check me in even though I had booked through my Wyndham Rewards membership. Secured the room with them with my credit card. She said she was unable to check me in as she couldn’t secure the room with my credit card and then take debit for my room payment. She claimed it all had to be paid for on my credit card..
