This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We paid for 3 nights and stayed 2. The place is completely run down. The plaster and paint in the pool are chipping and peeling all over the place. The handrail into the hot tup swings back and forth and is completely unsafe, my daughter even fell in because she was standing on the step when someone else tried to hold the handrail and it swung over and hit her and knocked her in. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I wish I could post pictures. The beds and curtains were covered in unknown substances. There was something all over the lamp shade and tv. The walls had footprints all over them and the fridge looked like someone took a knife to it. We chose to leave and asked about refunds. We were told this would happen since we had pictures and they took notes. But the manager has conveniently been "out today but will be back in tomorrow" for over a week now. We had to double book our trip due to issues with showing up late due to inclement weather. We were assured by a male representative we would get partially refunded and never got it back. Upon arriving our room had 2 large bugs along the window that we needed to remove. They have 1 old elevator that we were stuck on for at least 3 minutes while it creaked and slightly moved up and down. Shower did not drain either even after reporting to front desk.
