Pool is actually heated and it's clean!! Rooms are nice as well!! The front desk employees are amazing and hospitable!!
We had seen all the negative reviews regarding the pool/hot tub area so we called before hand to make sure everything was operational before making reservations. We were told by the manager everything was repaired and ready to use. We came to the hotel, purchased a room, only to find it was NOT operational and was lied to. When asking for a refund as the hotel did not meet our expectations as we were told, we were informed it was non refundable, but we could submit a form.
