Always great to stay a familiar place that treats you with the utmost hospitality every time like your a new person.
Ramada (and the entire Pomeroy group apparently) don’t have a functional check in or billing system and they have everyone manually entering CC info into their systems and huge lineups of people trying to check in. A process that takes me 60 seconds at any other Wyndham or Mariott property took 30 minutes plus here. 1 star. Get it together. You’re a professional hotelier, allegedly.
