Staff would not listen to my concerns regarding a billing error on their part, constantly interrupting and talking over me. There was a promise to call back which never happened. Phoned back and described the problem over again to another agent who promised a call back with resolution. That staff person left for the day again with no call back. Good staff, nice location but the hotel is a dump. Old, dirty, no AC, which means your bedroom is boiling hot. Rooms and hallways dirty, stains on room walls. Very poor experience. To the CEO, COO and CFO of Ramada, for the love of God stop being so cheap and spend some money on this hotel. It, the staff and your guests deserve better. Could not recommend this hotel.
