Do not stay at this hotel. It is very poorly maintained throughout. The rooms are dirty and outdated. There is no air conditioning. The facilities in the hotel seem to have been frozen in 1970 with no upkeep. The breakfast is inedible. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for my pet much less for people. To make matters worse the staff is jaded and unhelpful. The hotel from hell !
Place is a dive. No AC and no screens on the windows. Insects and people can easily enter during the night. Find another hotel
Jason at the front desk was amazing!! However the hot tub was shut down. My reservation didn't show up. Ended up having to pay more for a view of the mini golf course instead of ocean view as promised by the call centre. Hot tub has been closed for two years but is still advertised on the website and the call centre promises there would be a hot tub. So disappointing. But huge shout out to Jason for being so helpful! You are awesome!
