Katie and Jean are a solid 10 out of 5 stars. They went above and beyond our expectations. We had our daughters 10 birthday there the pool and area was awesome and super clean. Right from the time we opened our door to checkout they made our daughter feel special for her first birthday away from all her friends she gre up with as we just moved to Brooks last fall. You two ladies are amazing and I appreciate ❤️ what you did sooooo much and so does our daughter! You guys are definitely the BEST !
There were hockey teams in the hotel, extremely loud, and the staff let minors drink in the breakfast area. The worst stay at a hotel, it was absolutely ridiculous ........never again, don't stay at the Ramada in brooks
Very nice and clean, good breakfast, pool and water slide.
