Terrible!!! Standing w all our luggage when a lady holding a crying baby goes to check us in- she tells us the pool and conference area were closed . This place was disgusting! The room smelled aweful - tried heat but entire room smelled of smoke. Ice machine broke. Our door didn’t close without my husband shouldering it closed. There were stains on the ceiling , curtains didn’t close - and tissue behind the headboard . So gross - when u pull up it looks like you staying in a warehouse . No amenities, not told. Only told of no amenities when arriving. Told can refund and ni room then. Putting custoners in a no win situation situation. Owner does not care else would have made it clear that the hotel is half operational. These bad reviews will follow long afterwards. Take my money, soon it will be closed.

Very dated, hasn't had a refresh since the 90s. Room has dirt under the beds, and do not open the refrigerator! Don't recommend staying here.

Room had dog pee all over the floor. Do they even mop?? Staff did give a new room, no apologies to us though. New room is not very clean either.

Filthy rooms, dirty bathroom, stains on the carpets, outdated and in desperate need of general upkeep and repairs. Had to move rooms due to the toilet in the first room overflowing everywhere. The staff were kind and helpful but this is basically a road-side motel. How this is even considered a 3-star hotel is beyond me. Spend the extra $15 to stay literally anywhere else.
