Attended an event catered by the Ramada. Service was phenomenal! Thanks to all servers! Lucy, Heidi, Char, Nora, Maci and Reese! Nora and the other staff at the Ramada helped us for a training too and did a wonderful job!

Don’t let the photos deceive you, this place needs a lot of work. Upon pulling in the parking lot you are greeted with a grounds strewn with garbage. Entering the lobby you have much of the same, overflowing garbage cans and a coffee bar that hasn’t been cleaned often enough. After that we hoped the room would be clean at least but our hope was soon dashed. Entering our room we found splatters of food on our walls and haphazardly vacuumed floors. I've stayed here 2 weeks in a row now. The first week there were security issues with employees using door stops and wooden blocks to keep the outside doors open. This week I checked in dropped my bags off in my room and went to work for the night. Upon return my room had been broken into and I had multipul things taken. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The best part of our stay was the convenience of the bar to our hotel room, and the night lobby attendant SABRINA was WONDERFUL! ***Be warned&**We asked and were granted a late check out. However, at 10:55am I was getting ready, there was a knock at the door followed by the door immediately opening and then closing... housekeeping did NOT announce themselves before entering.
