Stayed 1 night. I found the entrance and stairs and stairway very dirty, carpet not cleaned. Broken heated radiator by thr entrance.looked battered.Saw a bug in my room. Bath tub was not nice The breakfast was self service and plastic knife n forks. Thats a no no Decor 1980s. Avoid. Young girl in reception was nice. Got refunded about 6wks later via my travel agent

They without telling me charged my card another 250 for an unsmoked cigarette that was on the counter nobody smoked inside in my opinion they are scammed and the manager Clinton is involved

I gave Ramada 5 stars because customer service is important to me . Although the hot tub was not working everything else made up for that . The rooms were very warm , the shower was nice and hot the beds were comfortable, some spots on the walls need to be cleaned in the bathroom…the Breakfast was good Chad does a wonderful job keeping things clean and replenished. The front desk very pleasant and the Bar very kind thank you I’ll come again.

Do not stay here. It looks like they have a nice pool but the hallways just smell of weed. People are walking up and down the halls which made me feel unsafe on top of the obvious drugs allowed in the hotel. The front desk guy was super rude. Our keys didnt work 3 times and ended up needing a different room. There's mold in the bathroom ceiling. It is not a safe place to stay for kids. Its cheap but spend the extra to keep yourself safe.
