From the outside, the hotel looks run down. The lobby is a little shabby, but I kind of expected that for the price we paid. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. We got what we expected. No complaints from us.

Nice pool and decent breakfast but hotel wasn't very clean and staff wasn't too friendly either.

Would not ever stay at this Hotel. Shortly after checking into two rooms our family went to the pool, an hour and a half later we returned and found both our rooms had been broken into and our belongings had been gone through with our money stolen. The front desk was no help, have tried to contact the manager three times leaving messages with no return call. They did not care and were no help. We left demanding our money to be refunded for the rooms. Heard other stories from several people they were also missing money.

The bed was very hard and I was in pain in the morning from sleeping on it. I was there for training and the vending machines throughout the hotel were empty. The linens in the meeting room were very worn and there was no working clock in the room. Soap dispensors in the public bathrooms were empty or didn't work. The public bathrooms weren't cleaned often enough and the trash containers were overflowing. My coworker's drain in his shower was plugged up. Nice accommodations. Breakfast was good. Pool was fun. Lounge is open from 4 to 1230. Will stay again and I recommend this hotel to anyone
