If i will have option to give MINUS rating, i would love that. Beds are really in bad condition. Springs of mattresses are literally coming out. When you are visitor and come back hotel tired, you expect at least comfortable beds. This hotel is not worth spending money. I would really want my money back or some kind if voucher.
Great stay overall! The location is beautiful, right on the waterfront with amazing views from the balcony. The staff especially khan and Ana were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had good options. For the price, it offers great value — would definitely stay again.
The only staff members that were pleasant was the gentleman that checked me in, all the cleaning staff, and the person that checked me out. All other staff were rude and did not greet me with a hello when i entered the main lobby they would just stare. The lady making the waffles was rude. The room and bathroom were dirty. There were holes in the wall that just seemed to be cover by wallpaper and then painted over. Sections of the wallpaper appeared to be held up by staples. My stay always at this hotel awesome and very friendly and welcoming staff all the time. I really appreciate what they doing to keep their guests happy. Especially front desk Mr. Khan. And Ana and all the staff.
