We were very impressed during our stay. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable during check in, and had some great recommendations for a place to go out for dinner. Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were comfy. We’ll definitely stay here again.

I had originally booked a one night stay (July 26) through a 3rd party website and the rate was significantly lower. When plans required me to check in a night earlier, I contacted the hotel directly to extend the stay because I wasn't able to do so via the 3rd party and they said that they couldn't because I booked via 3rd party. I asked if they could make a separate reservation for that additional night and they quoted me more than double what I had paid through the 3rd party site. Bugs in both rooms they gave us. Every room they switched us at had multiple issues. Toilet not flushing properly,insects everywhere, needing to push door with all might to open room, electrical outlets not working properly etc etc. (Clerk did all he can but the issue was at tgis point out of his hands and more of a administratios financial investment issue) All black dots in pics, is a flying insect. AND YES MY PATIO DOOR WAS NEVER OPENED
