Very dissapointed. Ive stayed here for two weeks. First week I checked out Friday left for training, came back was assigned a different room. During this first week no one came by to check if there was Toilet paper, change towels **Even though it says they change them every third day". Came back Sunday to the new room checked out the next Monday (7 days later) during this time... No one came by, no changing towels ect. The hotel is very tired. the lobby was not welcoming and the carpets and elevator were dirty. The linens were clean and the room was clean. We did not experience the restaurant or have the breakfast due to the condition of the premises. Hubby says the coffee was good.
The rooms are pretty big and comfortable, this is my second time staying here definitely good for the price. The only thing, the room could’ve been cleaner. There was stuff under the beds like a bottle of gatorade, a little beach ball and I guess someone had spilled nerds candy. Overall everything else was good. The kids enjoyed the pool! The staff were awesome, the breakfast was good. The fridge, microwave, and tv all worked. Definitely my family and I will keep staying here every time we visit New Castle. Thank you guys.
The staff was nice and friendly but the rooms were dirty and not very nice, the motel definitely needs upgraded
Do NOT stay at this hotel under any circumstances. This was by far the most disgusting, unsafe, and poorly run place I have ever experienced. The room was absolutely filthy — candy wrappers all over the floor, a large red stain on the carpet, and a chair covered in what looked like personal bodily stains. The light switches were black with built-up grime, and the curtains were literally falling off the wall. It was obvious this room had not been properly cleaned in a long time.
