My room was clean, the service was great, everyone treated me nice and were welcoming!
Hotel staff is exceptionally friendly. Quick to assist. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean.
Filthy, out dated tv, microwave, elevator, shower had black mold, pee on walls, floors disgusting. Bed felt like just springs no cushion
I got the basic service, I’ve been there for four days, from Monday through Friday, I’ve got service on Wednesday, the room service lady was very nice but they didn’t give me enough towels for my needs, so far my room was clean there’s nothing to complain about except the fees that they charge me at the check in. That’s all I needed a clean room. Thank you
