The hotel is slightly dated but they did there best in updating it. The room was extremely clean and quiet. The shower had great water pressure. The location is off of I-4 and there are fast food and mid priced restaurants within walking distance. When in town I'll be back. The hotel rates give a great bang for the buck.
Extremely disappointed with my stay. I politely asked the front desk staff to change my room because the charging outlet was blocked and unusable. Instead of trying to help or offering any solution, the lady at the front desk was very rude and dismissive. As a paying guest, I expected basic customer service and respect. My request was reasonable, but I was treated as if my concerns did not matter. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome.
