We stayed here this past weekend for VBC provincials. Everyone was a bit hesitant due to the reviews. They are working hard to upgrade this hotel. Overall I was satisfied with the stay. Is it perfect no but it gets a bad rap. I would stay here again (not sure About the team)
The lady @ the front desk had attitude because I mentioned to her about the bad reviews. The breakfast was WACK. No fest food
Booked a one night stay for a concert but changed it to 2 day when I found out there was a hot tub. Discovered after 3hrs being here that the hot tub is broken. This was not stated in the website nor mentioned over the phone when we called to confirm everything. The agent at the desk lied and stated that she told us everything over the phone and is unwilling to do anything about it. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!! RUN BY A JOKE FAMILY!
Terrible. The only good reviews are by their own staff. Run down, broken, dirty and not safe. Garbage rooms, everything is peeling off, disgraceful.
Was bumpy at ferst but front desk was amazing and very helpful
