Emergency situation that was handled horribly. Very hard to get care or even talk to anyone. No follow up, follow through to make sure patient was ok. Your just a number. Very sad how far healthcare has fallen.
Very difficult to make an appointment and if for any reason you must see her right away good luck in getting her people to contact you back! I have never had a PC doctor that was so difficult to reach. They have a portal but good luck with getting them to reply to your message even if they read it! They read the messages I sent through the portal but ignored every single one of them. Careless.
