Dr Challipalli shows no interest in motivating patients to work to maintain or improve GFR numbers. His only advice is drink more water and limit salt. My new nephrologist has helped me more in one visit than Challipalli did in two years. Challipalli is reluctant to prescribe meds that can help kidneys. I honestly think he has no interest in patients achieving the best possible outcomes.
