It's one of the worst property management's I've ever dealt with. Nightmare right from the start. Started off with black water pumping out into the front yard and our basement, for months, had to threaten them with the tribunal to get it resolved. Not allowed to have hot water for washing clothes, claimed the AC unit was broken, but the landlord put it in for the tenants (when landlords did their own walk through asked why we had window units and what was wrong with the central air, that's when we found out we were always su... read more
Total disaster on every level, stay away. Started good, ended with me losing $40k due to Alana not checking properly on a tenant.
