We had our certified mechanic look at the vehicle and we told Ram Motors this, they said in these situations they will cover the labor not the parts. This Company is a SCAM and does not stand by their word. We purchased a 2016 Chevy Suburban 1.5 weeks ago as started to drive home and 25minutes in the check engine light comes on. We live an hour from Ram Motors. We had our certified mechanic look at the vehicle and we told Ram Motors this, they said in these situations they will cover the labor not the parts.
