Extremely Disappointed!! I went to Ram Jewellers yesterday to exchange some old jewelry I had purchased from them a few years ago, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Initially, they told me the combined weight of my two rings was 5.7g. When I pointed out that my original receipt clearly stated 6.7g, the sales associate then claimed they had not properly checked the weight of the Cartier ring because they assumed it contained stones. I visited this place once I liked service they have very good collection for gold ornaments price is fair , but they are not write down weight price or any details of ornaments!! They should have computerized invoices that’s all I want to say but thank you Ram jewelers 😊
