My experience with Ram Jack was extremely disappointing. The communication throughout my project was poor, and I often felt like no department was on the same page. Getting updates or answers was unnecessarily difficult, and I spent far too much time trying to get information. I was also disappointed with the quality of the finished work. I'm a Regional Service manager. I've been in this industry for 18 years multifamily has its challenges. However, anytime that is had a structural project i.e. building slanted or settling Ram Jack has been a contractor that I can count on from the receptionist in the office to my rep Tyler Kissel I appreciate the amazing service and communication til the completion of the project. I will be calling them anytime I run into this issue.

Excellent workmanship. I had a bad leaning stacked brick chimney and ram jack put it back in place far cheaper than I could have removed and replaced it. And it comes with a lifetime of the structure warranty to boot
