They put an interior French drain in 2 different places in my basement and added an extra sump pump to help water proof the area. The company was great to work with. Very responsive and timely. They even found other issues not related to what they were doing and gave us time to get those addressed instead of moving past them. Very happy with the entire experience this company provided. Highly recommend.
Ramjack was professional, communicative, and patient with me throughout a three month process, from inspection to proposals to the work being done. The final work looks great. They did the demolition for my entire basement and repoured the slab with underlayers, using foam injection for a small patch under the staircase and HVAC to keep that secure. We recently used Ram Jack to repair the pavement in front of our house and we loved it! We had numerous flooding issues whenever it rains due to the ground being uneven and it became a nuisance trying to get rid of it. After some careful evaluation, they were able to fix it at an agreeable price. The crew was very hardworking and the issue was resolved very quickly. We will definitely be using them again in the future if we have any future issues or repairs!
The work itself went really well. My husband talked to Richard, he was awesome to talk to and he answered all questions we asked him. The reason why I’m giving this company 1 star is the communication. The office personnel communication was TERRIBLE. My husband was in contact with Bailey. She did not communicate with us throughout the entire process. She said the permits for doing our foundation were sent out a certain date, but in reality it wasn’t sent into the county until 6 weeks later than informed. It was ridiculous. ... read more
