Never rented from this company. But I did see a place through them months ago. The lady on the phone that set me up with an appointment was nice and helpful but I don't remember her name. A lady named Asia showed up to show me the place. She was also very nice and very professional. I found another place through another company but everyone from PMI was great. Asia - let me know if you want to get dinner sometime!
We accidentally left our baby’s camera at one of their cabin rentals and they will not return it. It’s been over a month since we stayed at the cabin and have yet to receive our Nest camera back which is used as a baby monitor. They won’t respond to my messages and won’t return my camera. Worst management company ever!
