2 years of this agency trying to fix my AC for them to tell me the line is contaminated. Yea well it must have been a new technician. I wouldn't take your car to get serviced here. They just wipe there hands.
Horrible place to work the person I talk to smelt so bad horrible horrible hygiene couldn’t even finish the sentence. Don’t Buy cars from these people. !!! Go to Toyota best customer service, I have no idea how to speak to the customers
I went in today looking for a truck. I could not find one I liked in my price range. However, It was a very pleasant sales experience -- unlike some other Del Rio dealerships where the sales folks litteraly scared me away. They simply did not have what I was looking for. I wont be afraid to come back to Ram Country though as inventories change!
I had am appointment at 9 was told it would be ready in an hour and a half, so I waited. At 11 it still wasn't ready I asked at the time for them to check on an update for me they said in 30 to 40 minutes by 12 it wasn't ready so I asked for a ride home they still have not called me at 1pm. Very disappointed
Jonathan in service was efficient, respectful, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Handled everything on the claim without delay and communicated clearly throughout. Great to work with.
