Your people are fabulous. My friend uses you and she highly recommended Ram Computer Services. I never felt rushed with my explaining my requests. Eric, took his time (a great deal of time) to make sure I knew what the new protocols' were of downloading my old computer to the new one and where all the stuff now lives. I live in NYC, but bought my computer here in MT., where I come for the Summer, just to have your company would do the transfer. Thank you so very much.
Ram Computer Services was highly recommended to me some time ago, and a few months ago I needed their help with a scanning problem that I was unable to solve myself after many frustrating attempts. Through remote access to my computer and printer, Hayden (a Ram technician) solved the problem in less than 20 minutes.
