I had used Ram’s services years ago and had a good experience. For some reason, when my hard drive fried last year I forgot about Ram (!) and went to a competitor. What a mistake! Several sloppy problems that were never totally resolved. I finally came to my senses and called Ram. My computer and printer were in need of replacing, and the service they gave me in recommending replacements was solid. If you have any computer questions or issues, Ram is the place to go. I'm totally satisfied.
This place is a scam. They gave me a quote for $800 for a cracked MacBook Air screen when other places in Bozeman are charging around two $290-$300 and Apple is cheaper. Make sure to call around town to double check.
I’d been having so many issues with my desktop computer for months, and anyone I had look at it couldn’t figure out the problems. I finally took it into RAM Computer Services, and they diagnosed and fixed the issues within a few days, and on top of that, they recovered important files from the computer that I’d thought were lost due to the computer issues.
