This was an unusual service experience but I will say that all of my concerns were handled to my final satisfaction.
I'll have to admit, i always come i because Bob McCutcheon has worked on all my autos for many years, so I don't honestly know how all the other texts are. But, if they're as knowledgeable and pro as Bob, that good thins. Having said that, all the attendant services, taking in the car the way you do keeping me informed, having a comfortable lounge to wait or a shuttle... All that is food (Bob or not). Mike Loucks was also very helpful, polite and professional
Todd Craig has completly changed our opinion of Fred Martin Superstore. Our past experiences have not been good ones, especially with the service department. Todd went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a good one and we were happy with our purchase. We will recommend Todd to others. He not only met our expectations, but exceeded them! I really appreciate how Joanne went the extra mile to make this as pleasant of an experience that it can be. It really makes a difference when it comes to choosing how I'll get my Tahoe serviced. Other dealerships that work on GM vehicles are closer and possibly more convenient but you have been the difference maker that makes the extra distance well worth it and I appreciate the value of good service.
By far, Anthony is the best salesman. As a teacher, he exemplifies the key ingredients to be successful in your business. He explained my new Jeep Cherokee from top to bottom. The ironic thing is that I wasn't looking to buy a SUV from Fred Martin. I had in the past leased two other Nissan Pathfinders. After looking at five different dealerships, and listening to car salesman that did a horrible job, it was nice to meet Anthony with some enthusiasm!
Rusty was extremely prompt, pleasant and personable. He was waiting for me to arrive, although I was a bit late and even remembered my cars name ;D I drive down from Solon to have my simplest tasks done - this was an oil change - and I will continue to do so. thanks again!
