I will start by saying the bathroom had a very foul Oder . I couldn't even stomach the smell. It seems like the bathroom is never clean. Dr. Ram is very much so out of touch with reality. He literally coughed in my face 3-5 times. He never covered his mouth or anything. It's so many different viruses going around now. He could have easily covered his mouth. Upon doing an exam. I was having hip pain for a year and my primary doctor recommended me to Dr. Ram Aribindi best decision. I needed a total hip replacement and Dr Aribindi made me feel so comfortable that I went through with it and it was the best decision I ever made. I had surgery two weeks ago and I am able to walk without the walker no pain or complications.
Dr. is fine, staff is criminally unresponsive. My wife has been calling to get post-op pain meds refilled for days, more than 15 calls, and no one in the office will respond, answer, or send a refill. Absolutely horrendous experience with the staff, he needs more people, or competent ones. EDIT: Three weeks later, and the staff continues to ignore calls, not bother sending refills on medication, and not return calls - even when dozens of messages are left. Dr. Ram is very dismissive. I went to this doctor with pain in both hands. I tried to wait the pain out for about a month but finally decided to get help. Of course the day I went in there was no pain for the last 2 days or so. When I told Ram about the pain, he seemed interested until I said the pain was intermittent and not there at this time.
