I called Jim and told him i had no heat, they got here in 10 mins from when I called, and found the problem and fixed (replaced a part) it in 30 mins! I am very happy with the service I recived and the price was very reasonable!
Ram Heating arrived 15 minutes after I called on a freezing winter night and provided quality service at a more than fair price. First class company to be keeping your house warm.
Happy & Warm Have a old Weil Mclain Natural Gas Boiler called Northern Mechanical Services. There service guy said they no longer make the part I need. So I ask what do we do? was told replace the boiler at a cost of $7000.00 WOW I said.Called Ram Aiir Mechanical he said the same but also said they make a conversion kit we can have it fixed for about $1000.00. A few hours later I had heat and the boiler works great. I will say this Ram Air Is Top Notch!!!!!!!!!
Top Notch We had ram air mechanical come to our home in middle gove to clean our oil boiler.They arrived on time pointed some minor things about our boiler.Spent abour 2hr cleaning our boiler and I must say it looks and runs great . The boiler room,the boiler,they even wiped down the fuel tank. No smell of Oil when they left. The part I like the most is the service man showed me his work. Had two other Albany based Companys look at our Cooling systen both said the compressior was gone. Got quots from both to replace entire systen inclueding the gas furnace they were quite old .We were give Ram Air number by a friend. Gave them a call came up with the same findings and did not charge us anything for the Dignostic. We ask if Air Conditioning can be repaired said yes by replacing compression.
